Jeff Bolton

About Us

Jeff Bolton (pictured right) has held previous positions at Wildridge and Sinclair, Stal Refrigeration Australia, ABB Refrigeration, Sabroe Refrigeration and Green Thermal Energy. Jeff created a business in 1992 (Bolt On Parts) that manufactured and supplied parts and equipment, he held the position of Technical Consultant, Contracting for Project Management and Plant Audit Consultancy. In 2013, Bolt On Parts evolved into MAEJA Pty Ltd.

Jeff started and completed his apprenticeship training at Wildridge and Sinclair through RMIT. Jeff spent 20 years working for Wildridge and Sinclair until the company ceased operation. Jeff then worked with Stal Refrigeration which became ABB Refrigeration and then became Sabroe Refrigeration working as an Equipment Specialist. Jeff has continued to expand his knowledge within the refrigeration industry and within project management. Jeff has recently been working with Green Thermal Energy for 6 years, his time there as a project manager has expanded his knowledge in converting heat into power by using the refrigeration cycle.

With Jeff’s previous experiences and knowledge, he has established a portable Ammonia Dialysis System. The Ammonia Dialysis System has been established to service cold stores and refrigeration plants, in particular to extract water and other contaminants from the ammonia refrigeration systems.

Together with Jeff, Ann, Matthew and Elizabeth have assisted in bringing this unit together. Ann with her directive drive has provided the creative support assisting in the creative design of the unit.
Matthew and Jeff have spent many hours mapping out and wiring the unit to get it to its full potential.
Elizabeth has continued to build the business from the design of the logo and website to the execution of the compliance side of the business.
Together each member of the team has continued to support each other through the launch of the unit.
